Scalloped Pineapple

Scalloped Pineapple
Prep. Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 hours

What you need :

1 stick (8 Tbsp.) butter, softened
½ cup sugar
4 eggs
5 slices fresh bread, cubed
20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

How you do :

Step 1: Cream butter and sugar together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Step 2: Add eggs. Mix well.

Step 3: Add drained pineapple. Blend.

Step 4: Fold bread into mixture.

Step 5: Pour into slow cooker.

Step 6: Cover and cook on High heat for 2 hours and then on Low heat for 1 hour.
